„Balkanski & Partners„ Legal Services Agency is registered in compliance with the Attorneys Act and comprises incorporated legal entity with special subject of activities. The constitutor and Managing Partner of the partnership is Barrister Dimitar Georgiev Balkanski. Owing to his long-standing experience and participation in a large number of meetings at management and expert level in the Tax Administration, the Partnership has oriented its activities towards the solution of tax and social security cases of various complexity. In this sense the main subject of activities of the Partnership is to provide legal services and consultations in the field of tax and social security legislation, where the clients may rely on professional knowledge, skills, and concern for their interests. The partnership is registered in the Sofia Bar Association. It unites barristers and solicitors with over 20 years experience in the field of tax and social security, customs, trade and administrative law, as well as in the procedural representation with all court instances, administrative, and other jurisdictions.

„Balkanski & Partners„ Legal Services Agency has extensive experience in the field of tax and social security law, related with claims vs. acts and actions of the revenue authorities on administrative and judicial order. The partnership is specialized in providing tax and social security consultations, and also in the participation in various business transactions and deeds, execution of judicial and amicable settlements, conversion of business companies, issuing of legal statements, tax planning, negotiations, issuing contracts, correspondence, applications, and petitions.
